This is my first time on the new How do I access my account?
If you were an existing customer who had placed an order, your account should have been transferred over. All you’ll need to do is use the “Forgot your password?” link on the Sign In page (or click here to be taken to the password reset page). An e-mail will be sent to you with instructions for resetting your password (don't forget to check your junk folder!).

If you had not placed an order but you were registered on the store, it is likely your account was not transferred over. Feel free to register and start shopping.

Where can I find bulk pricing?

Please complete a Contact Us form, call (617) 472-9300, or e-mail to request pricing for items in bulk. We offer almost every item we sell in bulk, from single drums to truck loads, so please don't hesitate to contact us for your bulk supply needs. When completing the form, choose "Price Inquiry" as the Inquiry Type, and a customer service representative will contact you with pricing and any additional information needed.

Can I estimate the shipping cost before checking out?
Yes. First add the desired items and quantities to your cart. Then, in the top right-hand corner of the site, click on your shopping bag. You will see an option that says "View Cart" -- click here. On the next page you will see a summary of the items in our cart. Toward the bottom is a button that says "Shipping Calculator" -- click this button. First select your country, then state, then enter your ZIP code. It is important to choose the correct state, otherwise it may return the wrong shipping rates.

Can I change my e-mail username?
Yes. Please call (617) 472-9300 and a customer service representative can help with changing your username/e-mail address immediately. You can also complete a Contact Us form or email to request the change.

Can I change my password?
Yes. You can change your password after logging into your account. Once logged in, go to My Account. On the left-hand side you should see an option that says Name, Email, Password. Please click on the Name, Email, Password link and you will be taken to a page where your password can easily be changed. Alternatively, you can call (617) 472-9300 and reset your password with the help from a customer service representative.

Can I change my main billing address?
Yes. Your billing address can only be changed by a customer service representative right now. We are working to change this, however until we have updated the site, a customer service representative can change your billing address for you. Please call (617) 472-9300 to do so. The change is effective immediately - meaning if you are in the middle of an order a representative should be able to update your billing information, allowing you to finish your order without any further interruptions.
